Please note: Items ordered together will not necessarily be shipped together. Some heavy or bulky items may incur additional charges if shipped via 2-Day Express or Next Day Air or Basic Freight.
Orders Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories
Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories: Shipped via Standard Delivery (allow 2-3 weeks) and 2-Day Express (allow an extra day). Next Day Air is not available.
Shipping to APO's and FPO's
Orders shipped to APO or FPO addresses will ship via Parcel Post.

- A dependable and economical way to deliver larger boxed items to your door.
Delivery
- Most of our deliveries are made in 7-10 business days when in-stock.
- Special order items require extra production time. Your delivery will be scheduled once your Special order item is received into our warehouse.
- Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday during daytime hours. Drivers can not leave items unattended.
- 1 to 2 days prior to delivery, our carrier will phone you to set up a delivery appointment.
- Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories: Basic Freight Delivery items are shipped at international rates. Please contact us for a quote.

- Shipping charges are based on the total value of the merchandise shipped to each address. The exact shipping amount will be calculated and displayed at Checkout

Local In-Home Delivery

Details
- Service via dedicated Games & Things trucks for deliveries to customer addresses within our local delivery area. (within 30 miles)
- Includes two-man service, unpacking, assembly if required, room placement, and removal of packing materials.
Delivery
- Shipping time ranges from 1 to 4 weeks. Metro areas normally receive deliveries within 1 week.
- Special order items require extra production time. Your delivery will be scheduled once your Special order item is received into our warehouse.
- A Customer Service Associate will phone you to discuss delivery.
- 1 day before delivery, you will be called with a 4 hour time window for delivery.
Cost
- Delivery charges begin at $99 and vary according to item. The exact shipping amount will be calculated and displayed at Checkout.

Long Distance In-Home Delivery

- Service via dedicated truck for deliveries to customer addresses outside our local delivery area. (over 30 miles)
- Includes two-man service, unpacking, assembly if required, room placement, and removal of packing materials.

- Shipping time is approximately 3 to 4 weeks. Remote areas may take up to 7 weeks.
- Special order items require extra production time. Your delivery will be scheduled once your Special order item is received into our warehouse.
- A Customer Service Associate will phone you to discuss delivery.
- 1 day before delivery, you will be called with a 4 hour time window for delivery.
Cost
- Delivery charges vary according to item and distance. Additional shipping charges may be added after Checkout based on distance.

We review delivery options for each and every order to find the quickest, most cost effective solution. Delivery methods on certain items may be upgraded in Checkout if consolidating items in your order will provide better shipping rates and delivery times.
